OverView
The field of pragmalinguistics in English include several topics, such as
1. Studying vocabulary, linguistic meanings, sentence structures, and their usage in different contexts.
2. Analyzing the grammar, morphology, and phonetics in the English language.
3. Studying English as a second or foreign language, and how it is learned and taught.
4. Analyzing the linguistic and social interaction between English speakers.
5. Studying English literature, literary criticism, and their impact on the English language.
6. Translation and analyzing political, media, and public discourse.
7. Analyzing dialects, accents, and pronunciation in the English language and how they impact communication.
8. Studying linguistic adaptation and change in the English language over time.
9. Studying idiomatic expressions and common expressions in the English language.
10. Studying the interaction between the English language and the culture and society that speaks it, including popular, political, and social culture.
